CFNA Mushroom School – Mark Oden's Button Mushroom Training Master Class (Phase II)

Against the backdrop of the booming development of China's edible fungi industry, the establishment of mushroom schools has become an important measure to promote industry progress. The China Chamber of Commerce for Foodstuffs and Native Produce (CFNA) and Shierfeng International Biotechnology Co., Ltd. are committed to building China's mushroom schools, providing knowledge and fresh talent to the Chinese edible fungi industry. This November, we will once again join hands with Mr. Mark Oden to create a masterclass for button mushroom training. A masterclass is a short course designed for individuals with some relevant background knowledge. This course will focus on the fermentation substrate and cultivation techniques of button mushrooms, providing participants with a platform to exchange and learn from top international experts.
