Most foreigners need to obtain an entry visa before entering China. We strongly recommend that you submit your entry application one month before leaving your country. All entry visa applicants are required to submit an exhibition invitation letter to the consulate. If you need us to issue an exhibition invitation letter, please contact us.

Procedures
If there are multiple applicants who need to apply for visas, please make a copy of the invitation letter. Multiple applicants cannot share one invitation letter. Please fill in the application form in capital letters or type it out and send it back to us as soon as possible. We will issue you an invitation letter as soon as possible after receiving your application.
According to the visa processing policy, please submit the application form together with the following required materials:
- A copy of your passport
- A Chinese entry record
- Once approved, we will send you the invitation letter by email or fax.
If the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country requires the original document of the invitation letter, we will mail it to you at your own expense.
If you need an invitation letter issued by the Chinese government, you will need to pay US$50.
Please bring the invitation letter and your passport to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa.
The Embassy or Consulate may charge an additional service fee.
