I. General Information

International participation fees are divided into two parts: Booth Packages and the Overseas Delegate Package. Booth Packages are designed for company display, while the Overseas Delegate Package covers basic reception services for individual participants during the Expo.

All international participation fees are quoted in USD. The industrial visit program is optional and will be charged separately. Detailed arrangements and costs will be confirmed by the Organizing Committee.

II. Booth Packages

Booth Packages are available in two sizes: 18㎡ and 36㎡. Each size offers three booth styles: Basic, Standard and Premium.

1. 18㎡ Booth Packages

The 18㎡ booth is suitable for overseas companies that wish to present their brand and explore business opportunities in the Chinese market. It is especially suitable for companies in spawn, casing soil, packaging, equipment components, technical services, trade services and medium-sized equipment solutions.

2. 36㎡ Booth Packages

The 36㎡ booth is suitable for overseas companies that wish to present a stronger brand image, product systems, equipment technologies or integrated solutions. It is especially suitable for automation equipment, harvesting systems, climate control systems, spawn companies, casing soil suppliers and full-solution providers.

3. Booth Package Includes

• Booth space;
• Booth design and construction according to the selected package;
• Company name display in Chinese and English;
• Basic lighting and booth facilities;
• Exhibitor badges;
• Listing in the exhibitor directory;
• Visa invitation letter support;
• Basic on-site English assistance.

4. Not Included in Booth Packages

• International flights;
• Hotel accommodation;
• Meals;
• Airport transfers;
• Exhibit transportation;
• Customs clearance;
• Dedicated interpretation service;
• Additional electricity requirements;
• Special equipment demonstration costs;
• Customized booth design or construction beyond the selected package;
• Industrial visit program fees.

III. Overseas Delegate Package

1. Package Includes

• 4 nights of hotel accommodation;
• Meals during the Expo period;
• Round-trip group transfer between airport and hotel;
• Expo access pass;
• Conference materials;
• Visa invitation letter support;
• On-site English assistance;
• Access to open forums and networking activities during the Expo.

2. Not Included

• International flights;
• Visa fees;
• Personal expenses;
• Personal travel arrangements;
• Dedicated interpretation service;
• Private vehicle transfer;
• Extra accommodation or early check-in / late check-out costs;
• Closed-door business matchmaking sessions;
• Industrial visit program fees, unless otherwise confirmed by the Organizing Committee.

IV. Industrial Visit Program

During the Expo, the Organizing Committee plans to arrange an optional industrial visit program for overseas exhibitors and delegates to better understand China's mushroom industry, production facilities, technologies and market opportunities.

1. Possible Visit Program

• Visits to mushroom production facilities;
• Visits to equipment and technology application sites;
• Visits to key production areas or industrial parks;
• Business exchange sessions with Chinese mushroom companies;
• Visits to export-oriented companies, processing companies or supply chain companies;
• Discussions on industrial cooperation and investment opportunities.

2. Cost Policy

The industrial visit program is optional and will be charged separately. It is not included in the Booth Packages or the USD 600 per person Overseas Delegate Package.

The final cost will be calculated separately based on the visit route, number of visit days, transportation arrangements, meals, interpretation service, company reception arrangements, additional accommodation requirements and the number of participants.

V. Quotation and Payment Notes

• All international participation fees in this document are quoted in USD.
• Booth Packages and the Overseas Delegate Package can be selected and charged separately.
• The final payment method, payment currency and payment deadline shall be subject to the official confirmation document or contract issued by the Organizing Committee.
• If RMB settlement is required, the amount may be converted according to the exchange rate and payment policy confirmed by the Organizing Committee.
• Booth availability and location are subject to final confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
