The 2025 International Mushroom Days will be held on April 14-16, 2025 at the Xiamen Fliport C&E Center. During the expo, multiple thematic conferences will be organized, covering a wide range of topics including rare edible fungi cultivation techniques, professional equipment technology, brand building, and export trade. We sincerely invite colleagues from the edible fungi industry from both domestic and international markets to join us in Xiamen and make this event a great success!

This expo will adhere to the slogan of " Expand or expire."  We will unite various stakeholders including government, industry, enterprises, academia, and research institutions to connect resources along the entire edible fungi industry chain. Our aim is to establish a dual circulation of domestic and international trade in the Chinese edible fungi industry and create an international one-stop procurement platform for the entire edible fungi industry chain.

The opening ceremony of this conference was presided over by Rong Weidong, vice president of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food and Native Livestock. More than 600 people, including local government leaders, industry authoritative experts and scholars, leading edible fungi production companies, professional supermarkets and catering industry buyers, as well as representatives of upstream and downstream enterprises in the entire edible fungi industry chain, attended the conference. All the talented people gathered together to witness the opening of this exhibition. Work together to create a new interactive platform of "government, industry, academia, research and application + retail" to realize the sharing of information and resources across industries and industries with edible fungi as the core and link.
