Core Equipment: Constant Humidity Tech Principle

A constant humidity machine precisely controls humidity levels by integrating wet-film humidification and refrigerated dehumidification systems:

1. Wet-Film Humidification System

Clean water is pumped into a distributor to saturate a high-absorbency wet film. As dry air flows through the wet film, water evaporates, increasing air humidity while naturally cooling the air in an isentropic process.

2. Refrigerated Dehumidification System

The compressor circulates low-temperature refrigerant through the evaporator. Warm, humid air cools below its dew point, condensing water droplets to reduce moisture content. The air is then reheated across the condenser, discharging dry, low-humidity air.
