September 20–22, 2026 | Xiamen, China | Entire Industry Chain: Trade · Technology · Investment | Foundation · Bridge · Vision: Build · Connect · Lead

A business-oriented industry platform for edible and medicinal mushrooms — designed to establish high-quality connections, provide practical solutions, and foster long-term partnerships beyond the event site.

Invitation to Build the Future of the Industry Together

Why host this event — and why now?

The 2026 China International Mushroom Days will be held from September 20 to 22, 2026, at the Xiamen Fliport Exhibition Center. Hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products (CFNA), this event brings together the entire edible and medicinal mushroom supply chain with a clear focus on business relevance, international participation, and measurable results.

Markets are shifting, customer expectations are rising, and competitive landscapes are being reshaped. Against this backdrop, we address three straightforward questions: Why does the Xiamen event exist? Who should it serve? What practical problems should it help solve?

The value of a professional event lies not in the number of sessions or ceremonial scale, but in audience quality, connection relevance, and actionable progress made after attendees leave. In 2026, we are intentionally reducing formalism to create more time and space for exhibitors, buyers, investors, technology partners, and organizations with genuine collaboration needs.

Our Direction for 2026: The Xiamen event is evolving from a showcase and dialogue platform into an integrated service platform serving the entire edible and medicinal mushroom value chain.
