Cordyceps militaris is an ideal substitute for Cordyceps sinensis. It is an edible fungus rich in high protein and amino acids, and belongs to the same genus as Cordyceps sinensis. It contains cordycepin, adenosine, cordycepic acid, polysaccharides and other ingredients. The content of cordycepin is dozens of times higher than that of traditional Cordyceps sinensis.
