We are pleased to invite you to International Mushroom Days, China 2026 — the 2026 Edible and Medicinal Mushroom Value Chain Innovation Expo (Xiamen) — taking place from 20 to 22 September 2026 in Xiamen, China.

Organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Import & Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce & Animal By-Products (CFNA), the Expo will bring together mushroom growers, processors, buyers, distributors, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, research institutions, industry organizations and representatives from China's leading mushroom-producing regions.

As markets, customer expectations and competitive conditions continue to change, this year's event will place less emphasis on formalities and more on practical discussions, targeted business introductions and follow-up.
