In recent years, with the rising global awareness of healthy consumption, the mushroom industry has embraced a new round of international development. As a key sector of green agriculture and healthy food, it keeps releasing growth potential in technological innovation, intelligent production and international trade. Russia, as an important emerging market in Europe and Eurasia, has a steady growing demand for mushrooms, modern cultivation technology, intelligent equipment and high-quality strains, creating broad space for international cooperation.
Chinese mushroom industry representatives visited Russia for in-depth discussions on industrial cultivation, automated production, strain R&D, cold-chain logistics and market expansion. Russian enterprises show strong interest in China’s mature experience in intelligent production, large-scale operation and industrial chain integration. As a world-leading producer and exporter, China has obvious advantages in industrial scale, innovation and supply chain, with remarkable progress in digital and intelligent upgrading.
Both sides agree that the two industries are highly complementary with broad cooperation prospects, and will deepen collaboration in technology sharing, product trade and resource integration.
The Edible Fungus Whole Industry Chain (Xiamen) Innovation Expo, as a core international platform, focuses on global layout and connects overseas resources. It gathers worldwide organizations, purchasers, enterprises and institutions to promote high-quality development of the global mushroom industry. The Expo will continue to leverage its advantages to deepen international cooperation and drive the coordinated development of the global industrial chain.
