Time flies, and the five-day professional training has come to an end! From November 26 to 30, 2025, the CFNA Mushroom School – Mark Odden's Agaricus bisporus Training Master Class (Phase II) was successfully held in Guannan County, Lianyungang. This training attracted over 80 participants from across the country, including industry professionals, equipment suppliers, research scholars, and cultivation enthusiasts. Everyone arrived with a passion for learning and left with enhanced professional skills, injecting new vitality into the field of Agaricus bisporus cultivation.

The master class curriculum was closely aligned with the entire process of Agaricus bisporus cultivation, focusing on "practicality, systematicity, and professionalism." It was structured around three key stages, providing participants with a comprehensive technical learning framework.

On November 30, the closing ceremony of the training was held as scheduled. During the ceremony, Secretary-General Liu Ziqiang of the Edible Mushroom Products Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products, highly commended the active participation and dedicated learning of the trainees over the five days. He also presented certificates of completion to those who successfully finished all course requirements. As the participants received their certificates, their faces were filled with the joy of achievement. This not only acknowledged their learning outcomes but also served as a powerful testament to the beginning of a new journey in Agaricus bisporus cultivation.
