The Edible Fungi Industry Chain (Xiamen) Innovation Expo is a grand exhibition event in the edible fungi industry created by the China Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export of Food, Native Produce and Animal Products. The total exhibition scale of the 2024 Edible Fungi Industry Chain (Xiamen) Innovation Expo is 17,000 square meters. It has increased by 28% compared with 2017, and 271 exhibitors from home and abroad have actively participated in the exhibition. The exhibition has two theme exhibition areas, the Edible Fungi Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Hall (Hall A) and the Edible Fungi Industry Revitalization Hall (Hall B), aiming to achieve professional integration and exhibition and sales through clear functional zoning, and create a comprehensive exhibition feast with both traditional and innovative elements.
