More than 600 people attended the conference, including local government leaders, industry experts and scholars, leading edible fungi production enterprises, professional supermarkets and catering industry buyers, and representatives of upstream and downstream enterprises in the entire edible fungi industry chain. The elites gathered together to witness the opening of this exhibition. Together, we will create a new interactive platform of "government, industry, academia, research, application and retail" to achieve cross-industry and cross-sector information and resource sharing with edible fungi as the core and link.
