The main responsibilities of the China Chamber of Commerce of Food, Native Produce and Animal Products are: to create a fair competition market environment and a good business order for enterprises, to safeguard the interests of the country and the industry, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises, and to promote the development of the industry; to organize member enterprises to explore international markets; to provide member enterprises with various market, customer, legal and regulatory information consulting and training services; to mediate trade disputes between members and domestic and foreign enterprises; to reflect the requirements and opinions of the industry and member enterprises to the government, and to make suggestions on the government's policy formulation; to supervise and guide member enterprises to operate in accordance with the law; to organize domestic and foreign trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars, to represent the industry in exchanges and cooperation with foreign counterparts, and to participate in activities organized by international counterparts.

The opening ceremony of this conference was hosted by Rong Weidong, Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs and Native Produce. More than 600 people attended the conference, including local government leaders, industry experts and scholars, leading edible fungi production enterprises, professional supermarkets and catering industry buyers, and representatives of upstream and downstream enterprises in the entire edible fungi industry chain. The elites gathered together to witness the opening of this exhibition. Together, we will create a new interactive platform of "government, industry, academia, research, application and retail" to achieve cross-industry and cross-sector information and resource sharing with edible fungi as the core and link.
