The mycelial development and fruiting body growth of edible mushrooms have stringent requirements for environmental parameters. Most common mushroom species thrive at temperatures between 15–25°C, while requiring constant humidity, ventilation, and a clean environment, making them extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Traditional civil greenhouses and simple mushroom rooms have rudimentary structures with poor thermal insulation performance, unable to withstand drastic changes in external climate.
Dachang insulation panels are specially developed for constant-temperature enclosed spaces, using high-density polyurethane foam core material combined with composite surface layers such as color steel and embossed aluminum panels, featuring multiple advantages including low thermal conductivity, high closed-cell rate, strong air tightness, moisture and corrosion resistance, and structural stability, perfectly adapting to the high-humidity, constant-temperature, and clean production requirements of edible mushroom workshops, fundamentally eliminating the impact of seasonal climate on production at the hardware level.
