A benchmark for factory-produced Oyster mushrooms in Leningrad Oblast. Insight into substrate preparation, incubation, and harvest management.

3. AGROCOMPLEX Agaricus and Oyster Mushrooms Farm

A large-scale integrated farm. Study tunnel fermentation technology for Agaricus bisporus and automated grading/packaging systems.
