Golden ear

Golden ear is a famous edible and medicinal fungus. It is rich in gelatin, smooth and refreshing, rich in nutrition, and has a unique flavor. According to reports, golden ear is considered to be "China's latest discovery and the most valuable tonic", and its nourishing value is better than fungi such as white fungus and black fungus.

Yun Xiaojun's freeze-dried golden ear grows above 1,800 meters above sea level on the Yunnan Plateau. It is scientifically raised, drinks plateau water, and sunbathes. It is organic in quality. Golden ear lotus seed syrup  

 

1. Rinse the golden ear with clean water without soaking and set aside;

2. Put the golden ear, lotus seeds and red dates into the pot and stew for 1.5 hours;

3. Add wolfberry and rock sugar, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes;

4. Remove from the pot and serve.
